W Hotel Amman is a 125 metres tall up-scale hotel by W Hotels, currently under construction in the district of Al-Abdali, in Amman, Jordan. It is part of Abdali Project. It is planned to open in October 2017. The Hotel will feature luxurious apartments, 280 luxurious rooms, restaurants, gym, spa and a pool deck.

Some of the tasks that we successfully completed during the construction:

Mechanical works:

• First fix works for drainage system (installing the concealed toilet and bidets) for the typical floors.
• First fix works for water supply system.
• Installing drainage system networks.
• Installing chilled and heating system networks. (Pipes and FCU,s)
• Installing firefighting system networks. (Sprinklers and landing valves risers)
• Installing water supply system networks.
• Installing all pressurization and smoke fans.
• Ducting works.
• Insulation and cladding works.
• Installing GRP tanks.
• Installing the softener room.
• Installing ETS room with 8 heat exchangers and 9 pumps. At basement 3.
• Installing 7 calorifier cylinders. At basement 3.
• Installing domestic system. At basement 3.
• Installing domestic system at level 30i.
• Installing 4 heat exchangers, 4 pumps and 8 calorifier cylinders at level 30i.
• Installing firefighting pumps room. At basement 8.
• Installing firefighting pumps room. At level 30i.
• Installing the pipe works, energy meters and controllers for the for district side in the ETS room.
• Third fix works (sanitary fixture for the all the typical floors in the guest rooms)

Electrical works:

We accomplished at the retail area the following systems:

• Lighting system
• Evacuation and fire alarm system
• CCTV system
• Power system
• Data system
